Stress can cause a panic attack and since your fight or flight takes over you will always choose flight before a panic attack so in that option you become scared and frightened and then your body released epinephrine throughout your body and you essentially become hyper and have a heightened sense of awareness and you are turbo charged but since you chose flight instead of fight that turbo charge is used against you and you become so scared that you cannot move or you now choose to get out of your current situation and you start to struggle with all your might to get out of a situation and when your free from that panic attack then you will know what is a panic attack.What is a panic attack?
